FAQ's:
How long are birthday parties?
Birthday party reservations are 2 hours. Families may arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled party time for setup and have 20 minutes after the party to gather belongings and clean up. Our team will use the remaining time to reset and sanitize the party room for the next celebration.
How many children are included?
Our Basic and Premium party packages include up to 10 children, and our Ultimate package includes up to 15 children. The birthday child is not included in these totals. Additional children may attend for $20 per child, up to Little Peaks' maximum party capacity.
Can we bring our own food and decorations?
Yes! Families may bring outside food, cake, and decorations. Decorations must be removable and may not damage walls, remove paint, or leave holes or permanent marks. Nails, screws, staples, and other damaging adhesives are not permitted. Additional decoration and food guidelines may apply.
Do party guests need waivers?
Yes. Every child participating in the party must have a completed Little Peaks General Participation Waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian before entering the play area. Waivers can be completed ahead of time and are strongly encouraged to help guests get checked in and playing as quickly as possible.
How do I reserve a birthday party?
Birthday parties can be booked online based on availability. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance, along with any additional charges, is charged to the card on file according to the Birthday Party Agreement.
Is the play space private during our party?
No. Your party room is reserved for your group, but the main Little Peaks play space remains open to other guests during your celebration.
What does a typical birthday party look like?
Most parties begin with approximately 60–80 minutes of open play, followed by food, cake or cupcakes, optional gift opening, and goodbyes. Your party host will help keep the celebration moving and let you know when it is time to transition to the party room.
What happens if the birthday child gets sick?
If the birthday child is unable to attend because of a significant contagious illness, please contact Little Peaks as soon as possible. We may allow the party to be rescheduled one time, subject to availability and the terms of your Birthday Party Agreement.
