Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your visit to Little Peaks.
Visiting Little Peaks:
What ages is Little Peaks designed for?
Little Peaks is designed primarily for children ages 0-8, with a variety of play experiences for different ages, interests, and developmental stages.
How long is an open play session?
Open play sessions are 2 hours.
Do adults have to pay?
No! Admission includes up to two caregivers per family at no additional charge. To help us manage studio capacity and keep the play space comfortable for everyone, we ask families to limit their visit to two accompanying adults.
Do I need a reservation for open play?
Walk-ins are welcome when space allows. Reservations are encouraged to guarantee your spot, especially during busy times.
Can I drop my child off?
No. Little Peaks is not a drop-off facility. A parent or responsible caregiver must remain on-site and supervise their child throughout the visit.
Is Little Peaks a shoe-free facility?
Yes! Little Peaks is a shoe-free facility, and socks are required for both children and adults entering the play areas. Grippy socks are recommended for children and will be available for purchase at Little Peaks.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every child must have a participation waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian before entering the play area. Each accompanying adult must also complete a waiver before their first visit.
Can someone other than a parent bring my child?
Yes! Grandparents, nannies, and other trusted caregivers are welcome. The child's participation waiver must first be completed by a parent or legal guardian, and the accompanying caregiver must have their own waiver on file.
Can we leave and come back during our session?
Your admission is for your reserved open play session. Re-entry is subject to availability and our current open play policies.
Health & Safety:
How do you keep Little Peaks clean?
Our play areas and equipment are cleaned and inspected regularly, with high-touch areas receiving additional attention throughout the day.
What should I do if my child is sick?
Please stay home if your child has a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, a contagious illness, or is otherwise not feeling well. Families are welcome back once everyone is feeling well and ready to play.
Who is responsible for supervising children?
Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Our open layout is intentionally designed with clear sight lines to make supervision easier.
